By downloading, accessing, or using this delivery application (“the App”), users agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. The App serves as a platform to connect customers with partner stores, restaurants, and delivery agents. The company acts solely as a facilitator for order placement and delivery services. Users must ensure that all information provided during registration and order placement is accurate and up to date. The company reserves the right to deny service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders if any misuse, fraud, or policy violation is detected.

2. Orders and Deliveries
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. The company shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate delivery addresses or the unavailability of the recipient. Delivery agents are expected to handle orders with care, maintain hygiene standards, and follow all road safety and traffic regulations while fulfilling deliveries.

3. Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made using the secure and authorized payment options available within the App. Any fraudulent or unauthorized transaction will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the company’s refund policy. Delivery charges, convenience fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable once the order has been accepted by the merchant or dispatched for delivery.

4. User Conduct and Policy Updates
Users are expected to behave respectfully toward delivery agents, customer support staff, and partner merchants. Abusive language, harassment, or violation of platform rules will result in permanent suspension of services. The company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated term

 

 

DELIVERY MAN :

1. General Conduct and Responsibilities
All delivery partners (“Deliverymen”) registered with the application are required to conduct themselves in a professional, responsible, and lawful manner at all times. Deliverymen must ensure that all orders are picked up and delivered safely, accurately, and within the estimated time frame. They must follow hygiene, safety, and traffic regulations during every delivery. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the delivery partner’s access to the platform in case of negligence, misconduct, or violation of any company policy.

2. Documentation and Compliance
Deliverymen must provide valid identification documents, vehicle registration, driving license, and any other documents requested by the company during onboarding. All information provided must be true, accurate, and up to date. Any falsification or misuse of documents will result in immediate suspension and may lead to legal action. Deliverymen are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in safe working condition and properly insured as per local laws.

3. Payments and Earnings
Earnings will be calculated based on the number of successful deliveries, applicable incentives, and bonuses as determined by the company. Payments will be processed as per the company’s payout schedule through authorized payment channels. Any deductions for penalties, damages, or policy violations will be clearly communicated through the partner app. Deliverymen are solely responsible for their own tax obligations and must comply with all local tax regulations.

4. Code of Conduct and Safety
Delivery partners must behave respectfully toward customers, merchants, and staff. Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, theft, or damage to property will result in immediate termination and potential legal action. Consumption of alcohol or drugs during work hours, reckless driving, or unsafe handling of goods is strictly prohibited. Deliverymen must wear the designated uniform or identification badge (if provided) and represent the company in a clean, disciplined, and professional manner.

5. Policy Updates and Termination
The company reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the delivery partner app after any such updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. Either the delivery partner or the company may terminate the association at any time, provided all pending dues and obligations are settled as per company policy.
