Once an order has been confirmed and accepted by the restaurant or store, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. Cancellations are only permitted if the order has not yet been accepted or prepared by the merchant. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so immediately through the app before it is confirmed. RedBerry reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of unavailability of items, technical errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a refund will be issued if payment was already made.
Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions such as order cancellation by the merchant, unavailability of the ordered item, or non-delivery due to operational issues from RedBerry’s side. Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as taste preference, delay caused by external factors (traffic, weather), or incorrect address provided by the customer. RedBerry reviews all refund requests carefully to ensure fairness for both customers and merchants.
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refund confirmations will be sent via SMS or email once processed. RedBerry is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment gateway or the bank after initiating the refund.
